M.B. ITALIA designed and created COBRACUTTER, a cutting machine for hydraulic and non-hydraulic hoses. 

Hoses are automatically measured and cut by our COBRACUTTER which takes them directly from the coil or from the hank.

COBRACUTTER provides for a cutting program until 10.000 pieces.

COBRACUTTER is controlled by a PLC provided with a touchscreen which allows to set up different dragging speed. Moreover, COBRACUTTER provides for an automatic customized branding system. Using a console and a printing machine we can mark the hose with different information: product code, production date, brand, etc. 
COBRACUTTER can cut different diameter hydraulic hoses, from 25mm to 80mm.

An idea about variable length hoses production volume (from 250mm to 50,000mm): from 10 to 800 pcs per hour.
